William “Blitz” Lee, the coach for Team Liquid’s Dota 2 squad, has announced his inability to join the team for the PGL Wallachia Season 3 and other European events. He cited Schengen visa problems as the reason in a post on X, while also praising the team’s strong performance in the tournament’s group stage.
Blitz stated that visa issues are keeping him from attending several European tournaments. He expressed confidence in his team and highlighted Jabbz as a top-tier coach, ensuring smooth operations despite his absence. He also celebrated the team’s 3-0 score in the PGL Wallachia S3 group stage, hoping that his absence will continue to correlate with team victories at LAN events.
PGL Wallachia Season 3, a LAN event in Romania, is taking place from March 8th to 16th. Sixteen teams are competing for a $1 million prize pool. Team Liquid has advanced to the playoffs after a successful group stage. Matheus “Jabbz” Friesel is currently standing in as the team’s main coach for this tournament.
