Team Spirit’s support player, Alexander “rue” Filin, has reacted to the postponement of the DreamLeague Season 25 grand final match against Tundra Esports. The match was delayed during the DreamLeague Season 25 for Dota 2.
The esports player shared a message from Ilya “Raddan” Mulyarchuk on his Telegram channel, adding his own comment to it.
Earlier, Mulyarchuk had posted “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA” on his social media.
My sincere reaction
The decisive match of DreamLeague Season 25 began on the evening of March 2nd. With Team Spirit leading 2-1, the team encountered technical issues that prevented them from continuing the game. It was later revealed that the players were victims of a DDoS attack. This attack involved a flood of game invites, approximately 100 per second, causing Dota 2 to crash due to the sheer volume of requests.
As a result, ESL decided to reschedule the grand final for March 4th at 6:00 PM Moscow time.
DreamLeague Season 25 is taking place online from February 16th to March 4th, with 16 teams competing for a $1 million prize pool and 22,440 ESL Pro Tour points.
