A new gameplay trailer for the massively multiplayer online shooter PIONER has been released. GFA Games, a Russian studio, shared the video on VK.
The release of PIONER has been postponed several times. While the exact release date remains unknown, the developers are aiming to launch the MMO-shooter in 2025. Currently, you can add the game to your wishlist on Steam.
PIONER is a first-person MMO-shooter set in an open world, taking place in a ghostly alternate reality. The game unfolds on a desolate post-apocalyptic island featuring abandoned Soviet-era structures. Within this immersive setting, gameplay is driven by dynamic PvE and PvP elements, prioritizing realism over traditional health bars or character levels. The expansive map, spanning over 50 square kilometers, excluding hidden dungeons, invites players to explore a world filled with mysteries and dangers. Players will encounter story-driven quests and faction missions that influence relationships and loyalty rewards.
In the game’s storyline, players will take on the role of an operative who survived a техногенной катастрофы (man-made disaster). This is not the first trailer for PIONER.
