Nigma Galaxy’s Dota 2 roster will substitute for Talon Esports at the PGL Wallachia Season 3 Dota 2 tournament. This was announced as part of the full participant list for the competition, revealed by the organizers.
The reason for Talon Esports’ withdrawal from the tournament has not been disclosed. Talon Esports had previously qualified for PGL Wallachia Season 3 through the Southeast Asian qualifiers in January, defeating BOOM Esports in the finals. It remains unclear why PGL did not choose another team from the SEA qualifiers as a replacement.
PGL Wallachia Season 3 is scheduled to be held in Romania from March 8th to 16th. Sixteen teams will compete for a $1 million prize pool.
