Central Partnership film company has released a thrilling trailer for the highly anticipated sci-fi action movie ‘Kraken’. The trailer is available on VKontakte. Viewers can look forward to the film’s premiere on April 17, 2025.
The plot of ‘Kraken’ unfolds in the Greenland Sea, where a state-of-the-art nuclear submarine mysteriously disappears. A young Northern Fleet commander, the brother of the missing submarine’s captain, is sent to investigate. They soon encounter a terrifying ancient monster that has awakened.
‘Kraken’ is directed by Nikolai Lebedev, known for the films ‘Flight Crew’ and ‘Legend No. 17’. The screenplay is written by Alexey Sidorov, the author of ‘Brigada’ and ‘T-34’. The film stars renowned Russian actors: Alexander Petrov, Alexey Guskov, Sergei Garmash, Viktor Dobronravov, and Diana Pozharskaya.
