KingR believes Glimmer Cape is too prevalent in the current meta. He expressed his frustration, stating that he is tired of seeing Glimmer Cape in every game and on every hero.
Glimmer Cape was last adjusted in patch 7.34b, released in August 2023, where its cooldown was increased from 12 to 14 seconds. While previously considered an item primarily for support heroes, it is now frequently picked up by core roles as well.
