Counter-Strike 2 analyst Alexander “kassad” Trifunovic has reacted to Team Falcons’ elimination from ESL Pro League Season 21. His comments were shared on social media platform X.
Kassad believes that regardless of Team Falcons’ aspirations, their 9th-11th place finish is an accurate reflection of their current level. He stated that the team lacks leadership and competent management, comparing them to a casual FACEIT team simply waiting for their monthly salaries. He concluded by saying, “The only thing they have is oil money. It’s very sad.”
Team Falcons suffered a defeat against Eternal Fire in the fifth round of ESL Pro League Season 21 group stage 2, losing with a score of 1:2. This loss prevented Nikola “NiKo” Kovac’s team from advancing to the playoffs.
This is not the first instance of Kassad criticizing the Middle Eastern esports organization. Previously, Trifunovic predicted that Team Falcons would not win any championships this season.
