Bublik challenged Moutet to a fight after their match concluded.

Bublik, 27, won against Moutet, 25, with scores of 2-6, 7-6, 7-5.

The match became very tense towards the end, especially when Bublik was serving for the win at 6-5 in the final set.

As Bublik was getting ready to serve, Moutet wasn’t in position yet and tried to slow him down.

Moutet was heard shouting, “I’m not ready!” to which his opponent replied, “I don’t care.”

This exchange and the tension from the match continued after the game ended.

Video footage shows the two tennis players confronting each other intensely.

The chair umpire, Marta Mrozinska, and another official had to intervene to separate them as Bublik was challenging Moutet to a fight.

As he was being led away, Bublik dared his rival to “meet outside”.

Bublik exclaimed, “You want to meet outside? Let’s go! You want to fight?! The French kid is talking but doesn’t want to fight. Let’s go. We’ll meet in ten minutes outside.”

Fortunately, the situation calmed down, and a physical altercation was avoided.
