G2 Esports has become the final team to qualify for the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 21 after defeating GamerLegion in the fifth round of the second group stage. The CS2 match concluded with a 2:0 victory for G2, with map scores of 13:11 on Inferno and 13:9 on Nuke.
Janusz ‘Snax’ Pogorzelski’s squad has advanced to the championship playoffs, while GamerLegion, led by Eric ‘ztr’ Gustafsson, has been eliminated from the tournament. GamerLegion finished in 9th-11th place and earned $13,500.
Team Liquid and Eternal Fire had previously secured their places in the playoffs.
ESL Pro League Season 21 is taking place in Stockholm, Sweden, from March 1st to 16th. The tournament features a total prize pool of $400,000.
