Kojima Productions has officially announced the release date for the highly anticipated action game Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. The game will be available on June 26, 2025, as revealed at a special event dedicated to the project.
Initially, the game will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 console. Information regarding a potential PC release in the future, similar to the first game, has not yet been disclosed. Pre-orders for the game will begin on March 17th. A collector’s edition has also been announced, which will grant buyers early access to the game 48 hours before the official release, along with a range of additional merchandise.
The original Death Stranding was released on PlayStation 4 in November 2019, and later came to PC in July 2020. The game was warmly received by both critics and players. The sequel was announced in December 2022.
