Former professional Dota 2 player Pavel “9pasha” Khvastunov has criticized anime enthusiasts within the Dota 2 community. A clip from the ex-cybersportsman’s stream was shared online.
In his statement, 9pasha addressed Dota 2 players who engage in online matchmaking and watch anime during breaks. He sarcastically remarked that these players might perceive anime as exceptionally intelligent and profound. However, he believes that their standards for intelligence are so low that any mundane occurrence would impress them.
9pasha advised these players to isolate themselves, remain in their rooms, watch anime, and refrain from communicating with others in the game.
Previously, 9pasha shared his opinion about Artem “Lorenof” Melnik, a player for Chimera Esports, stating that the universe presented Lorenof with an opportunity that he ultimately failed to capitalize on.
