Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.

Today all are leading such a busy and confused life, we try to stay healthy with health retreats, elaborate and drastic lifestyle changes, or rigorous everyday regimes. There are some simple steps to stay healthy and fit. Ayurvedic practices revolve around the principle that staying healthy is all about forming good habits and enjoying them.
The first and the most important step to start is to stop the junk food , processed food,staled food,cooldrinks icecreams,chilled water with the meals.Its also more important that the food which we eat should not be cooked in mixed oil or reheated oils.Always the food should be consumed only after taking bathe,and having a glass of golden milk regularly will help the immune system to fight the diseases like cold cough…Always eat seasonal and locally available foods because these have the best nutritious values.As we get different types of fruits in different seasons which have certain speciality the flora and fauna of that environment are the most suitable for our bodies which are very much necessary for the body to stay healthy,they should be utilized in a manner to avoid the deficiency of vitamins, proteins and minarals.
Freshly prepared warm food is more healthy than the stored food as this helps in stimulating the digestive enzymes.
The food prepared or cooked with mixed or reheated oils may generate slow poison in the digestive system,this should be avoided.
Avoid junk food, outside food, canned food, preserved or stale food, and refined flour completely as the preservative and chemical content deteriorates the body systems.
Always eat seasonal and locally available foods because these have the best nutritious values. Also, as our bodies adjust to the specific environment in which we grow up, the flora and fauna of that environment are the most suitable for our bodies.
Do not eat until the previous meal is digested, as your digestive system needs time to work efficiently. This is a most important point to note for good health.
Avoid cold drinks or chilled water with meals as this causes digestive troubles, obesity, bloating, etc.
There should be a minimum gap of three hours between dinner and bedtime to avoid health issues related to food digestion.
Eating before bathe slows down the digestive system and causes long-term indigestion, should eat after the bathe.
Have a glass of golden milk—1 glass hot milk + 1 pinch cardamom powder + ½ tsp organic turmeric powder during the bed time . This practice aids digestion, improves immunity, gives a relief from stress, promotes better sleep, improves libido, and helps you stay young and healthy.
